In the transportation and logistics sector, integration with license plate readers and long-range tags enables fast and secure vehicle entry and exit — granting access exclusively to authorized vehicles.
In corporate settings, healthcare facilities, and public institutions, proximity readers make it easy to define multiple access levels within internal areas, ensuring the right permissions for each user.
In hospitality and tourism, proximity readers can be used to grant exclusive access to specific areas and services, limited to authorized guests for the duration of their stay.
System Components
System on Module "SOM" Network Controller with Keydom Software preinstalled - Up to 32 Doors.
NETWORK CONTROLLER
- The Network Controller is the central data concentrator. It utilises a powerful and compact System-On-Module (SOM) as its base. The proprietary Keydom software resides on the unit and is fully configurable via a standard web browser.
- System architecture with embedded software, requires no software installation as it is preinstalled and included in the Network Controller.
- The application is entirely web based and is conveniently configurable via a browser on any device connected to the same network.
- RS485 and LAN ports for maximum flexibility in wiring and possible reuse of existing wiring.
- Manages up to 200,000 users (expandable with Enterprise version)
- "SOM" version manages installations with up to 32 Access Points.
- Enterprise version caters for over 4000 doors and 500,000 users via software and on-premises solution.
DOOR CONTROLLER for controlling and connecting access points including doors, vehicular and pedestrian gates
DOOR CONTROLLER
- Single central unit for any type of gateway to be controlled (pedestrian or vehicular)
- Manages a bidirectional (entry/exit) pedestrian or vehicular gateway.
- DOOR CONTROLLER gate control unit is designed to be able to realise all gate connections (input/output) in a simplified way by optimising wiring works.
- It manages readers with multiple communication protocols to provide maximum flexibility of choice and extreme scalability of the system
- Features include:
- 2 relay outputs expandable up to 6 outputs with dedicated expansion card
- 3 inputs expandable up to 7 inputs with dedicated expansion card
- Spinet, RS232, Wiegand and Magnetic Stripe ports for connecting any type of reader.
- Manages up to 200,000 users and 8,000 events offline.
